KPOS was built because restaurant POS and merchant payments kept living in separate companies — and every restaurant paid the price in the middle. Owners were stuck calling one vendor for hardware, another for software, a third for processing, and a fourth for support. When something broke, everyone pointed at someone else.
We built KPOS to put it all under one roof: POS, payments, boarding, and support operated by the same team. When a merchant calls, the person picking up can actually fix the problem. When a partner books a new restaurant, one company handles it end-to-end.

What makes KPOS different
Restaurants only, on purpose
We don't build for retail, salons, or services. Every feature decision is made for restaurant operations — table service, online ordering, delivery integrations, KDS, tips, modifiers, 86-list, end-of-day. That focus shows up in retention.
In-house engineering
The platform is built and run by our team. When a partner needs a change, a bug fix, or a new integration, we ship it — we don't file a ticket with a vendor we don't control.
Multilingual operations
Multilingual support across onboarding, merchant success, and partner support — including weekend coverage. If your merchants include Asian-American restaurants, the support experience meets them where they are.
